About the role
We are looking for enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join the Western restaurant team at Grand Hyatt Hong Kong. The role focuses on delivering a memorable dining experience for guests in a luxury hotel setting.
Key responsibilities
- Create a memorable dining experience by assisting with the smooth and efficient daily operation of the restaurant.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve service excellence and maximize guest satisfaction.
- Maintain cleanliness of work stations and equipment in line with ISO22000 standards.
- Continuously anticipate and fulfill guests’ needs to delight them.

- Good communication skills.
- Team player who is customer‑oriented, attentive and hospitable.
