About the role
The Waiter/Waitress – All Day Dining joins the Food & Beverage Service team at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong, delivering attentive and friendly service to guests throughout the hotel’s dining venues. You will work under the Restaurant Manager, ensuring each guest enjoys a seamless dining experience in a luxury environment.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverage items in line with hotel standards.
- Maintain smooth operation of the assigned section, coordinating with colleagues and the kitchen.
- Monitor back‑of‑house activities and run food between the kitchen and dining area.
- Respond promptly to guest needs, ensuring high levels of satisfaction throughout the dining experience.
Required profile
- Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in a hotel or restaurant setting.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional food‑and‑beverage service.
- Service‑oriented, pleasant demeanor and ability to work effectively in a team.
