About the role

Join the distinguished dining team at Regent Hong Kong and deliver exceptional service in a Chinese restaurant setting. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring every visit is memorable through attentive, personalized hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, maintaining spotless tables, sideboards, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Greet guests with a smile, use eye contact, and address them by name when known.
• Anticipate guest needs, recommend dishes confidently, and ensure food and beverages are delivered promptly, accurately, and beautifully presented.
• Flag allergies, dietary restrictions, and special requests, and personally acknowledge VIP arrivals.
• Introduce and upsell menu items, take precise orders, follow operational standards, and handle guest checks with accuracy.
