Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service and maintain a spotless, service-ready environment.
• Welcome guests with a smile, make eye contact and use their name when known.
• Anticipate guest needs, recommend dishes confidently, and ensure food and drinks arrive promptly and beautifully presented.
• Flag allergies, dietary requirements and special requests, and personally acknowledge VIP arrivals.
• Take accurate orders, follow operational standards, and handle guest checks with precision.
• Upsell menu items and contribute to financial and operational excellence.
