Web3 Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a practical, execution‑focused Marketing Specialist to drive daily promotion and visibility of our Web3 products. The role is hands‑on, centred on creating content, managing community channels, and running routine exposure activities. It is ideal for candidates with 1‑3 years of marketing experience who are eager to work in the fast‑moving crypto space.

Key responsibilities

• Produce and publish daily content (copy, short posts, basic visuals) to promote company products.
• Manage and keep active social and community platforms such as X/Twitter, Discord, Telegram, and other relevant channels.
• Run routine exposure activities, including regular posting, community engagement, and simple campaigns or collaborations.
• Track basic promotion metrics (reach, engagement, traffic) and adjust execution based on results.
• Support partnerships or KOL/community features to expand product reach.
• Coordinate with product and community teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging.
• Perform other day‑to‑day marketing and promotion tasks as needed.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in marketing, community management, or content promotion.
• Basic familiarity with social media operations and content creation.
• Genuine interest in the Web3, crypto, blockchain, or NFT industry and willingness to continuously learn.
• Strong execution ability, attention to detail, and capacity to meet daily deadlines.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑moving environment and staying updated on product and market developments.
