Works Supervisor

About the role

Aurecon is seeking a Works Supervisor to join its Hong Kong Built Environment business. You will work with a team of specialists delivering a variety of built‑environment projects, including schools, data centres, residential and commercial developments, and government initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise contractors engaged in construction, maintenance and improvement of building services installations.
• Take accurate measurements on site to support design and construction activities.
• Perform related technical duties to ensure project quality and compliance.

Required profile

• Certificate in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a Hong Kong Polytechnic University, Polytechnic or the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education.
• Completed Certified Worker Training Course for Confined Spaces.
• English language proficiency Level 2 or above (HKDSEE/HKCEE) and secondary‑level Chinese proficiency.
• Minimum five years of post‑qualification local experience supervising building services installations.
• Construction Industry Safety Card (Green Card), Safety and Health Supervisor (Construction) and Basic Accident Prevention certifications.
