职位概况

我们是一家采用垂直耕作系统的室内农场，致力于用有机方式种植蔬菜、香草和食用花。现招聘全职/兼职室内农场助理，负责日常生产、植物健康维护及设施清洁。

主要职责

按照标准作业程序执行种植、收割、包装等生产任务。
协助农场经理进行库存管理、设施消毒及后期清洁。
维护植物健康，执行基本的植物防护措施。
进行数据录入，记录每日产量和库存信息。
在需要时进行轮班工作，包括周末和公众假期。

任职要求

持有香港身份证并具有效工作签证。
能够在最少监督下独立完成任务，具备良好的时间管理能力。
能够适应站立、搬运30公斤重物、爬梯等体力工作。
对可持续发展、城市农业有兴趣，具备积极的工作态度。

必备技能

使用锤子、螺丝刀、电动螺丝刀、链锯等基本工具。
数据录入与基本电脑操作。
