职位概况

负责客房送餐服务，确保客人获得及时、礼貌且专业的用餐体验。工作地点位于九龙红磡湾的Kerry Hotel，隶属香格里拉集团。

主要职责

维护所负责工作区的顺畅运作，遵守餐厅标准。
根据酒店标准保持工作区的清洁与整备。
接收并记录客人点餐，提供餐饮推荐及最新优惠信息。
送餐至客房，确保食品饮料质量。
收集客人反馈，协助提升服务质量。
完成上级交办的其他任务。

任职要求

至少一年酒店或餐饮服务相关工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生。
具备以客为本的服务意识和团队合作精神。
良好的中英文书写及口语沟通能力。

必备技能

熟悉客房送餐流程及服务礼仪。
