职位概况
在海景嘉福洲际酒店的意大利餐厅/咖啡室担任前台接待，负责接待客人、预订管理及协助餐厅日常运营。
主要职责
- 处理餐厅预订及咨询电话。
- 迎接并安排客人入座，提供专业服务。
- 跟进用餐体验，确保客人满意。
- 配合营销活动，协助推广。
- 与服务团队及厨房紧密合作，保障运营顺畅。
任职要求
- 餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业大专以上学历。
- 2 年以上酒店或餐饮服务经验。
- 具备良好的英语口语及书写能力。
- 具备主动、友善的服务态度。
- 能够在高压环境下多任务处理。
必备技能
- 食品卫生基础知识。
