职位概况
統籌導師負責在長沙灣社區中心推動課餘託管服務計劃，協調導師與各類親子活動，確保服務順利執行。
主要职责
- 處理學童申請、約見家長及學費減免事宜。
- 負責計劃的行政、財務工作及季度報告撰寫。
- 督導臨時導師，統籌小組與親子活動。
- 與合作學校聯繫，推動在校課餘託管服務。
任职要求
- 中學文憑5科成績達2級或以上，必須包括中文、英文、數學。
- 具備獨立處事與高度責任感。
- 有功課輔導或特殊學習需要兒童服務經驗者優先。
- 能在長沙灣工作。
必备技能
- 良好的組織與協調能力。
- 基礎行政與財務處理能力。
