职位概况
负责通过外拨电话向客户推广信用卡分期服务，解答并跟进客户的相关查询，工作地点位于上环，提供年假14天及季度佣金激励。
主要职责
- 向潜在客户进行外拨，宣传信用卡分期优惠。
- 受理并跟进客户关于信用卡分期的咨询与办理。
- 记录通话信息，确保数据准确完整。
任职要求
- 具备高等文凭或以上学历。
- 有银行或电话销售经验者优先。
- 良好的粤语沟通能力，具备基本英语和普通话水平。
- 具备良好的电话沟通技巧和服务意识。
必备技能
- 熟练使用MS Word和Excel。
- 熟悉中文打字（仓颉或速成）。
我们提供
- 年假14天。
- 季度佣金奖励。
- 轮班制工作时间（周一至周六，每周五天，09:00-21:00）。
