职位概况

面向2027届毕业生的运行菁英培养项目，提供在林德大中华区生产现场轮岗学习机会，系统培训并配备资深导师，帮助快速掌握全供应链运营知识。

主要职责

学习并掌握工厂装置的生产工艺流程，协助工程师完成日常操作。
分析空分装置运行效率，参与生产力提升项目。
参与装置与设备的巡检、检修及可靠性管理。
运用数字化和人工智能系统工具，提高技术和管理效率。

任职要求

本科及以上学历，自动化、机电一体化、化工、机械、电气等相关专业。
正直诚信，团结友爱，勤奋好学，踏实肯干，勇于接受挑战，具创新精神。

必备技能

空分装置运行分析方法
生产力管理系统使用
数字化系统与人工智能工具应用
