Account Executive – Joint Replacement

About the role

Join Stryker as an Account Executive focused on Joint Replacement and Upper Extremities implants. You will work directly with healthcare professionals to drive sales, support surgical cases, and expand the customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Execute sales and case support activities to meet sales and profitability targets for the Implants portfolio.
• Assist the Sales Manager in creating and implementing sales plans aligned with local market strategies.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and new business opportunities to grow Stryker’s presence.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, operating‑theatre staff, and other key stakeholders.
• Prepare regular performance analyses, forecasts, and monthly reports on market trends and competitor activity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years of sales or marketing experience, preferably in medical devices, healthcare, pharma or life sciences.
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build effective relationships.
• Result‑oriented, self‑motivated and adaptable in a dynamic environment.
• Experience supporting surgical procedures or working closely with surgeons is a plus.
