Account Executive, Off Premise

About the role

Moët Hennessy Diageo is seeking an Account Executive, Off Premise to support the execution of its off‑premise sales strategy. Reporting to the Manager, Off Premise, you will manage specialised retail accounts, create activations, and help grow the business while enhancing brand presence.

Key responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with specialised retailer accounts, develop and implement sales strategies, and explore new opportunities in the off‑premise channel.
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships, co‑creating joint business plans to boost upscale visibility.
• Curate bespoke dining experiences and immersive events for key partners, driving commercial impact.
• Monitor industry trends, competition dynamics, and luxury developments to provide market insights.
• Oversee day‑to‑day retail excellence, merchandising visibility, and activation proposals across all channels.
• Lead the development and supervision of annual promotion plans, assess effectiveness, and ensure consistency.

Required profile

• Relevant experience in off‑premise sales and key‑account management within a multicultural environment.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in FMCG, consumer goods, hospitality or luxury goods.
• Demonstrated ability to manage key accounts and build strong partner relationships.
• Excellent analytical and data‑interpretation skills with experience in performance reporting.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of handling multiple projects.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented, proactive with a strong work ethic.
• Fluent in English; additional language proficiency is a plus.
