职位概况
负责为2000+前线代理及后台团队设计并实施销售卓越、领导力及AI赋能的培训项目，确保EAA牌照合规并提升整体业绩。
主要职责
- 策划并交付全流程销售培训，包括客源开发、谈判及成交。
- 设计销售经理的领导力发展模块，提升团队绩效与留任率。
- 负责EAA牌照考试通过率及CPD课程的合规管理。
- 推动AI驱动的培训转型，开发前线AI销售工具及后台AI效率提升课程。
任职要求
- 3年以上培训/学习与发展经验，拥有房地产或EAA监管背景者优先。
- 具备相关学位或高等文凭。
- 流利粤语、繁体中文及良好英文书写口语能力。
- 能够在快节奏、结果导向的销售环境中进行高效授课。
- 具备细致的合规意识，能在压力下保持韧性。
必备技能
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件。
- 掌握AI生产力工具及基础Prompt工程概念。
