All Day Dining Server

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Server to join the All Day Dining team at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong. The role involves delivering high‑standard food and beverage service in a luxury hotel environment, ensuring each guest enjoys a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, take orders and serve food and beverages in line with hotel standards.
• Assist in maintaining smooth operation of the assigned dining section.
• Monitor back‑of‑house activities and run food between the kitchen and dining area.
• Provide attentive, responsive service to achieve high customer satisfaction throughout the dining experience.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of relevant server experience.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional food‑and‑beverage service.
• Pleasant, service‑oriented team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Cantonese and English; Mandarin is an advantage.
