Analyst/Associate – Structured Receivables Solutions (GTB)

About the role

Join Santander’s Global Transaction Banking team in Hong Kong as an Analyst/Associate focused on Structured Receivables Solutions. You will help clients optimise working capital by designing and delivering tailored receivables financing solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with coverage bankers, GTB Corporate and FI Sales to originate and develop receivables business opportunities.
• Manage the full deal lifecycle – from marketing material and pitch book preparation to credit application, profitability analysis, legal documentation and execution.
• Monitor facility utilisation, grow revenue on existing receivable deals and pursue new opportunities.
• Collaborate with global, middle‑office and operations teams to ensure smooth implementation and ongoing management of solutions.
• Contribute to product framework development, risk and control monitoring, and process enhancements.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of banking experience, preferably in structuring receivables purchase transactions.
• Strong knowledge of receivables purchase legal documentation and trade credit insurance policies.
• Ability to work independently under pressure with strong analytical and detail‑oriented skills.
• Professional fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese; additional languages a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with global trade flows and regulatory requirements across jurisdictions.
