AP House Host

About the role

The AP House Host welcomes visitors to Audemars Piguet’s AP House, delivering a friendly first impression and ensuring a high standard of hospitality throughout the client’s visit.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and receive visitors, provide tours of the AP House, and present food‑and‑beverage menus.
• Answer the general line, screen calls, redirect or take messages for the appropriate personnel.
• Assist clients with hotel, restaurant bookings and transportation arrangements.
• Support external F&B staff by setting and clearing tables, replenishing water and serving beverages.
• Manage appointment calendars, book or rearrange meetings, and use a CRM tool to collect and maintain customer data.
• Plan and coordinate in‑store events, support VIP client recruitment, and execute CRM programmes.
• Perform administrative duties such as data cleansing, meeting‑room preparation, and catering coordination.
• Utilise business software (word processing, spreadsheets) to prepare correspondence, reports and agendas.

Required profile

• Professional, courteous demeanor with a genuine smile and eye contact.
• Ability to observe client needs and respond efficiently to special requests.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to support both client‑facing and back‑office tasks.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for customer data management.
• Competence in Microsoft Word.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel.
