About the role
We are looking for an Application Support Manager to lead the execution of critical banking applications across our Asia Pacific branches. You will act as the bridge between local user groups, global teams, and external suppliers, ensuring smooth delivery and continuous improvement of services.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate supplier and internal relationships with the Head Office and manage cross‑functional projects.
- Work with the Madrid team to plan and execute changes when required.
- Produce weekly and monthly release reports for senior management.
- Escalate and monitor project risks and application issues.
- Define release content based on the service request backlog.
- Prepare runbooks for go‑live activities and provide post‑production support.
- Execute change‑management activities, including training and user‑acceptance testing, for project implementations.
Required profile
- University degree.
- At least 5 years of experience in planning, implementing, and supporting enterprise systems.
- Fluent written and spoken English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Strong teamwork, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Understanding of core banking applications and corporate banking business models.
