About the role
Exciting opportunity for L&D talents! Your new role will involve delivering engaging training programs and workshops focused on leadership, management, and professional development.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver engaging training programs and workshops focused on leadership, management, and professional development.
- Facilitate classroom, virtual, and blended learning sessions for employees and people managers.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify development needs and recommend learning solutions.
- Support the design, enhancement, and localization of learning programs to align with evolving business priorities.
- Collaborate with regional and cross‑functional teams to drive capability‑building initiatives.
- Manage end‑to‑end learning program logistics, including scheduling, communications, and stakeholder coordination.
- Administer and optimize learning platforms and digital learning resources to enhance user experience and engagement.
- Track participation, gather feedback, and evaluate learning effectiveness through reports and analytics.
- Analyze learning outcomes and provide insights to continuously improve program quality and impact.
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and support various talent development projects as required.
Required profile
- Degree holder in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Organizational Development within a multinational setting.
- Demonstrated experience facilitating workshops and conducting training programs for diverse audiences.
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience managing learning projects and coordinating across multiple functions.
- Familiarity with learning technologies, LMS, or digital learning platforms is advantageous.
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
- Self‑motivated, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, matrix environment.
