Assistant Manager, Agency Strategic Planning

About the role

Prudential is looking for a proactive and self-motivated person to join its Agency Strategic Planning team. The role supports agency strategic initiatives through business analytics, strategic projects and digital transformation, giving exposure to agency strategy, data analytics and digital product management while working closely with business and technology stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Performance reporting and analytics: prepare regular agency performance reports, dashboards and business analyses; support data analysis to identify trends, opportunities and insights; help improve reporting processes, data quality and automation.
• Strategy and business initiatives: support planning and execution of agency strategic initiatives and business projects; help prepare business updates, presentations and management reports; coordinate with internal stakeholders on project progress.
• Digital transformation and product support: support the development and improvement of agency digital tools and platforms; gather user feedback and business requirements; coordinate user testing, implementation and adoption; work with business and technology teams on user experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Information Systems, Statistics or a related discipline.
• Prior experience in the insurance industry is preferred.
• 1-5 years of relevant experience in business analytics, strategic planning, project management, digital transformation or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently, with a strong sense of ownership and a growth mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience or interest in Power BI, SQL, Databricks or other analytics tools is an advantage.
