Assistant Manager – Client Relations (Hong Kong)

About the role

The Institutional Client Relations team in Greater China and Southeast Asia is seeking an Assistant Manager to support and grow relationships with institutional clients in Hong Kong. You will act as a liaison between clients and internal investment, sales and operations teams, ensuring compliance and delivering high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of each client’s organisational structure, investment priorities and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Maintain regular communication with institutional sales, portfolio managers and other stakeholders to anticipate and address client needs.
• Coordinate client requests, including investment reviews, presentations, reporting, fund account setup and AML documentation.
• Lead performance review meetings, resolve operational issues and monitor service‑level execution.
• Manage or support ad‑hoc client projects, ensuring timely delivery and client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience in client relationship management within the financial services or investment industry.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory and AML requirements for institutional accounts.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requests and drive solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proactive attitude with a focus on continuous improvement of client service.
