Assistant Project Manager – Construction & Workplace Projects

About the role

Turner & Townsend is seeking an Assistant Project Manager to support the delivery of construction and workplace projects across all phases. You will assist in planning, coordination, documentation and stakeholder communication to help achieve successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering project management services throughout the project lifecycle, including research, data collection and benchmarking.
• Track project progress, manage change control processes and prepare formal progress reports and presentations for stakeholders.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, consultants and other stakeholders, attend meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering or related field (Master’s a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in project management or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, tools and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and spoken).

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Project.
• Proficiency in Primavera.
