Assistant Reservations Manager / Reservations Supervisor

About the role

The Regent Hong Kong is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager or Reservations Supervisor to support its reservations team. You will ensure every guest interaction meets the highest standards of service, aligning with Forbes and IHG True Hospitality criteria.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the reservations team with daily tasks and respond to guest room enquiries.
• Supervise, coach, and monitor the performance and service quality of the reservations staff.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all hotel products and services.
• Respond to guest requests accurately and promptly.
• Communicate regularly with guests to confirm expectations are met.
• Contribute to achieving the hotel’s revenue targets through upselling and cross‑selling.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Hotel Management or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience, including management experience.
• Previous experience using OPERA PMS.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and the local language.
