Associate Data Analyst – IBP Analytics (Hong Kong)

About the role

Ralph Lauren is seeking a motivated Associate Data Analyst to join its Data Science team in Hong Kong. The role supports the Global Integrated Business Planning (IBP) initiative, ensuring data operations run smoothly across the Asia Pacific region.

Key responsibilities

• Extract, prepare, and verify data according to business requirements.
• Develop, implement, and maintain efficient data pipelines for seamless data flow across systems.
• Operate and monitor monthly processes and automated tools on data workflow and analytics platforms.
• Support user queries and debug tools and platforms, escalating VBA‑related issues to senior team members.
• Assist in the implementation and adoption of IBP tools, creating workflows and data integrations that connect planning outputs to reporting tools.
• Act as a liaison between the Data Science team and business users to translate needs into actionable data solutions.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of code and processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or related field, or equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in data analysis or a similar role.
• Detail‑oriented with strong problem‑solving abilities.
