Associate Director, Desktop Technician

About the role

Cohen & Steers is seeking an experienced Associate Director, Desktop Technician to lead desktop support for its Hong Kong office and global users. You will collaborate with the Technology team to deliver high‑level email, desk‑side, and telephone support across multiple locations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide day‑to‑day technical support for 400+ users in Hong Kong, five other global offices and remote locations.
• Set up, repair, and maintain hardware including servers, desktops, laptops, printers and peripherals.
• Support software such as Bloomberg, Citrix, Microsoft Office and other financial applications.
• Offer technical guidance on servers, storage, networking, telephones and related IT systems.
• Investigate and resolve application issues and daily job errors.
• Collaborate with Systems and Networking teams to assist with local IT infrastructure.

Required profile

• Minimum 7 years of technology support experience in the financial industry.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Fluent in spoken, written and reading English.
• Self‑motivated, creative, able to work independently and as an effective collaborator.

• Available to work Monday‑Friday, 8:00 AM‑5:00 PM in the Hong Kong office.

Required skills

• Mobile Device Management tools (Intune, JAMF).
• Microsoft Office 365 administration and applications.
• Active Directory and Group Policy.
• Citrix administration.
• SCCM.
• PowerShell scripting/automation.
• Experience with Bloomberg and other financial software.
