Associate Director, Partnership Distribution

About the role

Prudential is looking for a strategic, results-driven Associate Director within its Partnership Distribution team. The role is accountable for business strategy and planning for the Bancassurance and Brokerage segments, requiring deep business insight and strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners to build sustainable channel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate and execute business strategies, lead innovative initiatives and design programmes to open up new opportunities across customer segments and expand the partnership portfolio.
• Support the development of business plans with internal teams and external partners, aligned with partner visions and strategic goals.
• Identify ways to strengthen customer relationships through data-driven insights and run programmes that drive cross-selling, upselling and optimise maturity proceeds.
• Contribute to strategic planning for new business opportunities and initiatives that grow the partnership distribution channel.
• Support the governance and delivery of distribution campaigns and customer offer programmes, including special quotation and offer budgets, and continuously improve offer processes and systems.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree, preferably in a business-related discipline.
• At least 10 years' experience in insurance, banking or financial services.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products and experience in product development.
• Demonstrated business acumen, marketing insight and analytical skills.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (written and spoken).

• Strong presentation and project management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Chinese input.
• Ownership, self-motivation and ability to perform under pressure.
