Associate Recruiter

About the role

Nex is looking for an Associate Recruiter to join its Hong Kong office and help scale the company’s growing teams. You will partner closely with hiring managers and senior leadership to drive a strategic, data‑informed recruitment process for both technical and creative positions.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.
• Act as a trusted talent partner, advising managers on market trends, candidate profiles, and inclusive hiring practices.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies using platforms such as LinkedIn and social media to engage passive talent.
• Leverage data and metrics to continuously improve pipeline quality and time‑to‑fill.
• Ensure a positive, transparent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing full‑cycle recruitment, preferably for technical and creative roles.
• Consultative mindset with strong communication skills to influence hiring decisions.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to use data to guide sourcing and selection decisions.
