About the role

We are seeking a Banking Officer to join our Fund Operations team in Tai Kok Tsui. The role involves processing unit trusts, hedge funds and private equity transactions with high accuracy and within tight deadlines. Fresh graduates with a strong interest in fund services are welcome.

Key responsibilities

Process Unit Trust, Hedge Fund and Private Equity transactions accurately and meet tight timelines.
Manage exceptions, discrepancies and irregularities.
Escalate exceptions promptly for management awareness.
Complete ad‑hoc tasks and assignments as required.
Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Required profile

Good knowledge of fund products.
Exposure to Fund Services operations is an advantage.
Experience handling high transaction volumes within tight processing windows is a plus.
Strong numerical ability and computer literacy.
Good communication and problem‑solving skills.

What we offer

One‑year renewable contract (fixed‑term).
Competitive salary up to $25,000 per month.
Standard Monday‑Friday schedule, 09:00‑18:00.
