Business Development Manager (AI Advertising Solutions)

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive growth of our AI‑powered advertising solutions. You will work at the intersection of digital media, AI predictive models and cross‑border opportunities, helping brands reach the global Chinese audience.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and identify new business opportunities across direct and agency channels.
• Manage the sales pipeline and achieve revenue targets.
• Develop, present and sell customized partnership packages that combine iClick’s advertising traffic with AI predictive models and data intelligence.
• Conduct cold‑calling, networking and social‑media outreach to generate leads.
• Organise and lead agency roadshows to showcase AI transformation trends and platform upgrades.
• Support ad‑hoc projects and act as an AI‑MarTech solution consultant for clients.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in media sales or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of meeting quantitative sales targets.
• Strong network of agency contacts and direct clients.
• Experience with high‑volume face‑to‑face meetings and C‑level communication.
• Good understanding of the China digital media landscape.
• Proactive “hunter” mindset with passion for AI and digital transformation.
• Fluent written and verbal English; Mandarin proficiency highly preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of AI, Big Data and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) as they relate to advertising performance.
