Business Development Manager – Logistics Solutions

About the role

Drive business development in the commercial sector for Brink’s warehousing, trucking, logistics, and related solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding the customer portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting activities such as cold calling, meetings, networking, and follow‑ups.
• Prepare proposals, conduct sales presentations, negotiate terms, and support contract drafting.
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions across warehousing, trucking, and logistics services.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to uncover new opportunities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service execution.
• Prepare sales reports and provide insights to support business planning and process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related fields.
• Minimum 4 years of experience in logistics, security logistics, third‑party logistics, warehousing, or related sectors.
• Proven experience in prospecting, business development, and converting leads into clients.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with a customer‑centric mindset.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin).
• Self‑driven, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office.
• Experience with CRM systems.
