Business Development & Operations Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Manager to join our client’s fast‑growing AI‑driven medical services team in Hong Kong. The role combines sales leadership for AI‑based healthcare solutions with hands‑on office administration as the company establishes its Hong Kong presence.

Key responsibilities

• Drive the full sales cycle for AI medical software, from prospecting to deal closure.
• Identify and nurture relationships with hospitals, healthcare groups and key opinion leaders.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with healthcare organisations and industry stakeholders.
• Provide market insights to support product localisation and go‑to‑market strategy.
• Support the setup and daily operations of the Hong Kong office as a founding member.
• Handle general office administration, including vendor coordination, facility management and operational logistics.
• Liaise between the Hong Kong office and headquarters on administrative and operational matters.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of sales or business development experience in the Hong Kong healthcare industry.
• Hands‑on experience in office administration and operations.
• Fluent in English and Cantonese or Mandarin; eligible to work in Hong Kong.
• Comfortable taking on a broad range of responsibilities in an early‑stage office environment.
