Business Director – AI SaaS Solutions

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Business Director to lead the growth of our AI‑driven SaaS platform targeting small and medium‑size enterprises. The role combines strategic planning, market insight, partnership building, and sales execution to expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy to drive AI product adoption among SMEs.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, providing insights for product and marketing strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, negotiate and close strategic partnerships to enhance product reach.
• Achieve revenue targets, expand the customer base, and design sales strategies including pricing models and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate with product development, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and drive product success.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or a related role within the technology or SaaS industry.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and their applications in office automation and marketing.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience working with SMEs and a deep understanding of their unique challenges and opportunities.
