About the role
Responsible for all marketing and sales activities to achieve business objectives within company policies and guidelines.
Key responsibilities
- Manage daily advertising and sales promotion activities.
- Recommend product modifications or improvements.
- Oversee P&L management and budget control for assigned products.
- Lead new product launches in coordination with cross‑functional teams.
- Develop sales processes and formulate pricing models with Market Access and Finance.
- Drive sales achievement, forecasting, and post‑sale services for a client group.
Required profile
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably oncology/hematology.
- Ability to comply with integrity and compliance standards.
- Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
