Business Unit Director – Vision Care

About the role

The Business Unit Director leads Vision Care in Hong Kong, accountable for P&L performance, market competitiveness and organizational leadership. The role focuses on returning the business to sustainable growth while protecting profitability and strengthening long‑term market position.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Vision Care P&L, drive revenue, profitability, expense discipline and working‑capital management.
• Develop and execute annual and long‑term business plans aligned with regional priorities.
• Define growth strategy, lead transformation to an integrated omnichannel model, and make strategic portfolio and resource decisions.
• Lead commercial strategy across key accounts, retail, e‑commerce and professional channels, accelerating online growth.
• Champion consumer‑centered planning, partner with marketing to strengthen brand equity and demand generation.
• Build and develop a cross‑functional team of ~30 employees, fostering talent pipelines and succession readiness.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; MBA preferred.
• 15+ years progressive experience in consumer healthcare, medical devices, FMCG or similar omnichannel businesses.
• Proven track record restoring growth and leading business transformation.
• Deep understanding of Hong Kong retail, consumer and omnichannel dynamics.
• Fluent in Cantonese and English; Mandarin a plus.
