Butler Service Desk Agent

About the role

The Butler Service Desk Agent joins our Guest Experience team at St. Regis Hong Kong, delivering memorable, personalized service throughout a guest’s stay. You will act as a proactive liaison, handling operational tasks, guest requests and local recommendations while maintaining the brand’s high standards of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Process check‑in and check‑out transactions and related operational needs.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, requests and incident reports.
• Prepare and submit daily service reports and documentation.
• Provide guests with curated information about local attractions and amenities.
• Move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Maintain a safe, clean and professional work environment at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• No prior related work experience required.
• No supervisory experience required.
• Ability to stand, walk or sit for extended periods.
• Commitment to confidentiality, company policies and quality standards.
