职位概况

我们在香港 Island Shangri‑La 的 Cafe TOO 招募侍應生，负责为宾客提供及时、礼貌且专业的餐饮服务，营造卓越的用餐体验。

主要职责

确保所负责工作区顺畅运作，维持餐厅服务标准。
依据酒店标准保持工作区的清洁与整备。
协助点餐，提供餐饮推荐及最新优惠信息，并送餐。
收集宾客反馈，持续改进服务质量。
完成上司交办的其他工作。

任职要求

至少一年酒店或餐饮服务业相关工作经验，欢迎应届毕业生。
具备以客为本的服务意识及团队合作精神。
良好的中英文口语及书写能力。
