Campus Recruiter (Hong Kong)

About the role

Flow Traders is seeking a proactive Campus Recruiter to lead on‑campus hiring for graduate and internship positions within the Trading division in Hong Kong. The role combines talent acquisition strategy, candidate experience management, and employer branding across the APAC region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the on‑campus recruitment strategy for graduate and internship opportunities in the Trading department.
• Understand Flow Traders’ core business and talent requirements to identify suitable candidates across APAC.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate assessments, and maintain communication with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Plan and represent the firm at career fairs, information sessions, competitions, and other campus events while driving new initiatives to attract top talent.
• Source and map talent using social media and other channels; collaborate with global Recruitment and Communications to strengthen employer branding.
• Support experienced replacement hires for Trading and Business Support functions.
• Participate in global recruitment projects, align with regional stakeholders, and improve hiring strategies using data and market insights.

Required profile

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in both campus and experienced recruitment.
• Proven ability to execute tailored marketing campaigns.
• In‑house recruitment experience is essential.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong sense of ownership, high attention to detail, and effective time‑management.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
• Creative thinker capable of developing and driving campus strategies.
