Job description
Key responsibilities
- Support end-to-end campus recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer follow-up.
- Build relationships with universities, career centers, and student organizations.
- Support campus recruitment events, career fairs, and employer branding activities.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and support recruitment activities.
- Assist with other Talent Acquisition projects as needed.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related disciplines.
- 1–3 years of recruitment or campus recruitment experience; fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome.
- Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English and Chinese.
