About the role
The Cargo Operations Officer will manage cargo operations and customer service activities at our Hong Kong station. You will act as the main liaison between customers, ground handling agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth import and export flows.
Key responsibilities
- Provide operational and customer‑service support to meet station cargo targets.
- Ensure full compliance with safety and security regulations of the host state and the airline.
- Monitor freighter weight and balance, oversee aircraft loading, and verify documentation.
- Coordinate with ground handling agents and customers for both inbound and outbound shipments.
- Work shifts (day, night, overnight) according to the roster and perform other duties as assigned.
Required profile
- Fluent written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Previous experience in airline cargo handling or airport operations.
- Detail‑oriented, able to work independently under pressure.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
