CEO - AI Finance

About the role

The CEO - AI Finance will build and own the AI-native finance business, identifying where AI can fundamentally improve consumer money management and creating products across spending, saving, investing and other financial needs.

Key responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap and business model.
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve user experience, cost or speed.
• Build AI-native financial products from concept through launch and scale.
• Own P&L, customer growth, revenue, unit economics and operating performance.
• Work closely with product, engineering and AI teams on capabilities and user experience.
• Build the core team across product, technology, operations and commercial functions.
• Expand into new financial products and markets as the business scales.

Required profile

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services or technology products.
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business or P&L.
• Strong understanding of consumer finance, business models and unit economics.
• Product judgement and understanding of how AI can change existing financial workflows.
• Experience building products and teams in high‑growth technology environments.
• Hands‑on operating style, able to work through product, AI capabilities, economics and customer problems.
