CEO – Hong Kong

About the role

Syfe, the leading digital wealth platform in APAC, is seeking a CEO to lead its Hong Kong operations. Reporting to the Regional/Group Leadership team, you will own the P&L and drive the execution of a local strategy that aligns with the company’s mission of holistic wealth management.

Key responsibilities

• Own the Hong Kong P&L, set annual objectives and develop strategies to grow market share across all product pillars.
• Ensure full compliance with the Securities and Futures Commission (SFC) and Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA) regulations.
• Lead client acquisition, forge strategic partnerships and strengthen Syfe’s brand in the local fintech ecosystem.
• Recruit, lead and mentor a cross‑functional team, fostering innovation and a client‑centric culture.
• Collaborate with the Group Product team to localise offerings such as MPF solutions and market‑specific investment products.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or a related quantitative field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in financial services or fintech, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Country Head, GM, Managing Director).
• Deep knowledge of Hong Kong’s financial regulatory environment, including SFC Type 1, 4 and 9 licences.
• Proven P&L management and strong commercial acumen.
• Exceptional leadership, strategic planning and stakeholder management abilities.
