Client Experience Manager – Corporate & PR

About the role

Omnicom PR is seeking a dynamic Manager to lead client experience for corporate and public‑relations accounts in Hong Kong. You will act as a strategic partner and trusted advisor, delivering integrated communications solutions that address business imperatives and drive measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage integrated campaigns for corporate clients, serving as a strategic leader from concept to execution.
• Cultivate and nurture long‑term client relationships to build trust and ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate across departments to produce best‑in‑class content and media materials.
• Leverage connections with top‑tier business and international media, identifying key trade editors and correspondents.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members while fostering a cohesive team spirit.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or Translation.
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in the communications industry.
• Seasoned media‑relations expertise with experience working with regional and global media.
• High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin).

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong familiarity with social‑media platforms and digital communication tools.
