About the role

Third Bridge is seeking a motivated Client Services Associate to join its fast‑growing commercial team. You will be at the centre of the business, connecting investors and business leaders with industry experts to deliver timely insights.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, call and engage subject‑matter experts across multiple sectors.
• Manage end‑to‑end expert‑call projects, from understanding client needs to scheduling and confirming calls.
• Work under tight deadlines while handling several client requests simultaneously.
• Cross‑sell Third Bridge’s full suite of services, including the content library, surveys and advisory solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and project status in internal systems.

Required profile

• Comfortable making cold calls and building rapport quickly.
• Highly curious, able to learn fast and solve complex problems.
• Resilient, target‑driven and motivated to exceed performance goals.
• Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills.
