About the role

Marriott International is seeking a Cook Supervisor to join its culinary team at Pacific Place, Hong Kong. This full‑time position involves preparing and cooking a variety of dishes while ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients by portioning, chopping, washing, peeling, weighing, and measuring.
• Cook foods according to recipes, quality and presentation standards, and complete food preparation checklists.
• Operate kitchen equipment such as ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves, and fryers safely and efficiently.
• Test and monitor food for proper cooking and quality throughout preparation.
• Set up and break down work stations, serve food in correct portions, and maintain a clean, disinfected kitchen environment.
• Check and ensure correct temperatures for appliances and food items.
• Follow all company safety, security, and sanitation policies and report any issues.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect company assets, and uphold confidentiality.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• At least 1 year of related food‑service experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific license or certification required.

Required skills
