Country Sales Manager

About the role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Country Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across Hong Kong and European markets. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth in the airport, port and transportation sectors while building lasting relationships with key regional accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies for Hong Kong and European markets, meeting annual targets.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in airport, port and transportation sectors.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with strategic regional accounts.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer development planning.
• Lead commercial negotiations, close contracts and ensure payment collection.
• Coordinate with internal technical, delivery and after‑sales teams to deliver complete solutions.
• Represent the Company at major industry exhibitions such as Inter Airport, Transport Logistic and Smart Port.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration or related fields.
• 5+ years of overseas sales experience, preferably with a proven track record in Hong Kong or European markets.
• Strong understanding of airport, port and transportation industry ecosystems and project‑based sales.
• Fluent English (working proficiency); additional languages such as Cantonese, German, French or Spanish are a plus.
• Excellent cross‑cultural communication, negotiation and deal‑closing abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally as required.
