Customer Experience Training Manager, Asia Pacific

About the role

The Training and Customer Experience Manager leads the Asia Pacific virtual training team, ensures consistent high‑quality training for Belimo’s customers, and oversees the external Learning Management System.

Key responsibilities

• Define and drive AP training strategy and improvement programs to enable customers to promote and commission Belimo products.
• Oversee rollout and support of the external LMS, customize features for local needs and maintain organized data.
• Collaborate with the global team to develop and localize courseware, ensuring easy access for customers.
• Work with Product Management to create product‑specific courseware for the AP market.
• Establish and manage an annual training schedule, delivering online, offline, classroom‑based or hybrid sessions and ad‑hoc trainings on request.
• Collect trainer information, evaluate performance of full‑time and part‑time AP trainers, and provide follow‑up training.
• Leverage the Customer Experience Centre to give trainees hands‑on experience.
• Identify and partner with external training providers to broaden market reach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, HVAC, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven training experience on products and applications in a B2B environment within Asia Pacific.
• Experience coordinating internal and external stakeholders in a multinational setting.
• Strong presentation and training delivery abilities.
• Excellent analytical and project‑management skills.
• Very good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; additional Asian languages a plus.
