Customer Service Officer

About the role

Bowtie is looking for a Customer Service Officer to join its fast‑growing insurance team. You will act as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering timely assistance through live chat, email and WhatsApp while representing the brand’s values.

Key responsibilities

• Handle and resolve customer inquiries via digital channels in a professional and efficient manner.
• Collaborate with internal business units to address complex issues and ensure seamless service.
• Provide unbiased insurance advice without a sales focus.
• Support the supervisor with daily tasks and contribute to ad‑hoc projects.
• Participate in a 2‑3 month comprehensive training program covering product knowledge and on‑the‑job skills.

Required profile

• Minimum 1.5 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in insurance.
• HKCEE/DSE or equivalent qualification.
• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin.
• Strong communication, patience and ability to work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Zendesk or similar ticketing systems.
