Customer Service & Sales Advisor for Maritime Solutions

About the role

Wilhelmsen is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Advisor to act as the main point of contact for customers within the WSS division, providing commercial guidance and ensuring smooth order management.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with customers to understand their needs, advise on purchases, and keep them informed about order status, surcharges, and delivery changes.
• Manage quotes, follow up on leads, and proactively turn open quotes into orders while promoting sales campaigns and initiatives.
• Process high‑value enquiries and orders according to global processes, and support the sales team in business reviews and account portfolio activities.
• Collaborate with other functions to solve customer issues efficiently and capture customer‑specific information in the system.

Required profile

• Fluent in English (written and spoken) with interest or experience in the shipping industry.
• Customer‑focused mindset, strong commercial understanding, and a proactive “can‑do” attitude.
• Growth mindset, curiosity, and willingness to share knowledge within the team.
• Excellent communication, networking, and analytical skills with attention to detail.
