Cybersecurity and AI Platform Security Manager

About the role

The Cybersecurity and AI Platform Security Manager will lead the Group's security posture across infrastructure, cloud, AI and data platforms. This hands‑on position ensures that security controls are implemented, operations are monitored, and compliance requirements are met while supporting the organisation's digital and AI transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day cybersecurity operations, including vulnerability management, security monitoring, incident response and remediation.
• Implement and maintain security controls across network, infrastructure, cloud, endpoint and application environments.
• Conduct security assessments, risk reviews and develop remediation plans.
• Define and update cybersecurity policies, standards, procedures and technical baselines.
• Implement security guardrails for AI, Generative AI and enterprise data platforms, collaborating with Infrastructure and AI & Data teams.
• Support cloud security, privileged access management, data security and platform hardening initiatives.
• Review infrastructure, cloud and application designs to ensure security and resilience, providing guidance on IAM, encryption, network segmentation and best practices.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity vendors, managed security providers and internal technology teams to resolve issues and drive improvements.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in cybersecurity, infrastructure security, cloud security or security operations.
• Hands‑on experience with security monitoring, vulnerability management, incident response and security control implementation.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms, identity and access management, network security and cybersecurity best practices.
• Experience supporting AI, data or digital transformation initiatives is a plus.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, Azure Security Engineer or equivalent are advantageous.
